Health & Wellness

Our health and wellness plan benefits include two comprehensive medical plans (HMO & POS), which provide coverage for routine doctor's office visits, vision and hearing exams, mental health services, prescription drugs and medical emergencies. Network physicians provide benefits under the plan; however, our POS plan also allows the option of using an out-of-network provider.

Financial Future

We offer access to 529 college savings plans as well as banking options via the Wachovia @ Work program. Our 401K Program offers employee retirement benefits with a wide variety of investment options. Employee retirement benefits are available the first of the month following the hire date.

Work / Life Balance

AmCOMP employees receive a minimum of seven paid holidays each calendar year. Employees are entitled to receive one "Floating Holiday" and one "Volunteer Day" off per year in addition to the paid holidays. These paid days off are available immediately upon hire.

To help you balance your career with the other aspects of your life, AmCOMP offers flexible work schedules. You can vary your daily arrival within the timeframe established by local management. We also offer a Paid Time Off plan of 15 days within your first year of employment.
