audit – is there anything an employer dreads more? Usually not, but according to Ellen at
R.B. Wright Construction, with AmCOMP it isn't that way. In fact, Ellen says that AmCOMP is
the best experience she ever had with an audit.
Ellen, an AmCOMP insured, called regarding a discrepancy with her premium audit.
AmCOMP's auditor, Richard, immediately sent his audit worksheet to her. Ellen was quickly
able to see the error made in allocating overtime. She advised Richard of the issue, and he
immediately corrected the problem and sent her the revised worksheets.
Prior to becoming insured with AmCOMP, Ellen had bad experiences with audits as well as
difficulty getting her audit issues resolved. She noted that AmCOMP's level of detail and
quick response to her problem made this process much easier. Ellen claims AmCOMP is the best
experience she has ever had with an audit. Nothing "awful" about it!
